Meridix Systems AB has delivered statistics and report services for TeliaSonera for several years. Meridix is used as an integration service primarily for TeliaSonera’s “cloud-based” portfolio. One major reason for TeliaSonera choosing Meridix Systems AB as a supplier is that the service which they provide is very user-friendly and appreciated in the market. We work together with the customer in focus and with this we aim to apply simple yet powerful tools for helping our customers and their different types of operations. With TeliaSonera’s “cloud” services we address several segments and Meridix is well suited regardless of customer size. Now Meridix Systems AB and TeliaSonera collaborate across three countries but more countries are in the pipeline. The collaboration works very well and we hope for an equally good collaboration in the future as well.

During the spring of 2014 Tele2 was involved in a procurement in which we searched for a supplier of a statistics service which would supplement our cloud-based PBX solution Tele2 Växel. It resulted in us concluding an agreement with Meridix, which had a sleek and powerful product which is easy and intuitive to work with. Meridix is a professional and helpful supplier which has integrated its product to our platform brilliantly.
Owing to Meridix Systems and their user-friendly interface we have easily been able to develop calling patterns in our switchboard and staffed completely based on this. We have then increased our service level significantly which gave us a Silver place in SM in Telephony. Owing to the simplicity, we work a lot on increasing the service level in the entire organisation based on the statistics. Meridix statistics also forms the base as invoicing documentation as we are the answering position for several companies in our group and it functions perfectly. My work as a telephony manager would have been a lot more troublesome and difficult without these fantastically detailed and easily interpreted documents. They are very attentive to their customers and develop changes/improvements based on our preferences.
