For Mitel MiCloud-Telepo service providers Meridix now provide a product named Meridix MiCloud-Telepo Wallboard which is a multi-tenant web based wallboard application that utilizes Telepos End User APIs to present and visualize real time information about one or multiple queues.
The user interface is built using responsive design and works just as well on the iPad as on 70” monitors mounted on the walls.
End users choose how data should be presented and what parts should be emphasized by configuring what size it should be presented in etc.
It’s also possible to define multiple warning thresholds that decide how certain scenarios are visualized such as when the number of calls in queue exceed a given limit or when the logged in agents are below a given number.
The wallboard application has branding support which allow service providers to package and communicate their brand through the wallboard interface i.e. it’s a while label solution.
Meridix MiCloud-Telepo Wallboard is used by many service providers on multiple continents.
Meridix MiCloud-Telepo Wallboard have no requirement on a full Meridix installation by the service provider i.e. it’s a completely standalone product.
